Rooted in a lifelong passion for women’s wellness, this journey together is more than a getaway – it’s a sacred experience. From my upbringing at all girls school shaped by the suffragette legacy, to teaching at a women’s university in Los Angeles, and holding space for women in both physical and mental healing in my private practice – I’ve always felt called to gather women in deep, meaningful ways.

In Thailand’s breathtaking natural beauty, we’ll reconnect with the ancient rhythms of the feminine through yoga, education and being in common-unity with like minded women, all while exploring the majesty that makes up Thailand. This is a chance to honor yourself, your body and your soul. To rediscover your inner strength. To come back to the sacred wisdom that lives within.
