It’s here to make this kind of integrative therapy accessible to everybody all over the globe from the convenience of your own home or workplace. You will be provided with a confidential link and all types of treatment can be done while in a chair, wheelchair, or bed. You can also utilize a yoga mat if you would like but is not necessary for the therapy.
Who Is This For? What Conditions Do You Treat?
Yoga Therapy is for everyone who is wanting to create balance with their mind, body and spirit. You will have an initial assessment to discuss your personal needs and a treatment plan will be designed. We can work around most mental or physical abilities.
How Long Are Sessions?
Sessions are 60 mins with a minimum of 12 weeks commitment. Why 12 weeks? Yoga Therapy is a science backed approach and works with the life cycle of the red blood cell in order to reduce symptoms and restore balance in the body.
