“I recently had to go to what to most people would be a routine doctors appointment but for me was a trigger of a horrific sexual abuse which happened several years ago. Having spent two weeks anxiously awaiting the doctors appointment, I consulted with Gabrielle the day before going at length about what had happened in my past and why the doctors procedure was such a painful trigger for me. Gabrielle was sympathetic and kind and overnight prepared a private yoga therapy session for me. She was gentle, calm and understanding and was a rock throughout the whole ordeal.”

Let’s Take A Deeper Dive

The Mind
Yoga Therapy helps to treat different mental health conditions. It addresses Complex Trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, and anger management. This is achieved by using multi-dimensional psychological and yogic models. It supports mindset changes and your general outlook on life.

The Body
A mix of gentle movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques forms the core of the treatment. Sound therapy is also incorporated. These methods work to treat both physiological (internal) and physical (external) health conditions.

The Spirit
Often we can full stuck in a rut in our lives. Yoga Therapy helps you in your overall personal growth and development. It supports you in finding meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in your life. If you are also more spiritually inclined, then Yoga Therapy can include spiritual conversations. Don’t worry; it’s inclusive of every background, tradition, and opinion, including secular.
